Job Description

As a Site Acquisition Agent at DIGI Belgium, you will negotiate with property owners and syndics and to secure locations for DIGI’s telecommunications infrastructure (mobile and fiber networks).

Your role involves building relationships, negotiating contract terms, overcoming objections and ensuring agreements are signed and projects successfully completed.

Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate with property owners and building managers to secure suitable locations.
• Present DIGI’s requirements and reach mutually beneficial agreements.
• Handle objections, resolve conflicts and manage negotiations.
• Prepare, review and follow up on contracts.
• Maintain stakeholder relationships and coordinate with internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with applicable legal and ethical requirements.

Profile

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
• Good IT skills and proficiency with computer tools.
• Persuasive, resilient and results-oriented.
• Ability to manage multiple negotiations under pressure.
• Good understanding of legal and contractual matters.
• Proficiency Dutch and English.
• Driving licence B
