Troubleshooting - Reset Password Issues

If the Reset Password button is not working or showing an error:

  1. Clear your browser cache:
    • Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete (Windows/Linux) or Cmd + Shift + Delete (Mac)
    • Select "Cached images and files" and clear the data
  2. Close and reopen your browser completely
  3. Try using an incognito/private browsing window
  4. Disable browser extensions temporarily
  5. Try a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge)

• A screenshot of any error messages
• The exact date and time when the issue occurred
• Your browser type and version
• Steps you've already tried from the list above
