Troubleshooting - Reset Password Issues
If the Reset Password button is not working or showing an error:

Clear your browser cache:
- Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete (Windows/Linux) or Cmd + Shift + Delete (Mac)
- Select "Cached images and files" and clear the data
- Close and reopen your browser completely
- Try using an incognito/private browsing window
- Disable browser extensions temporarily
- Try a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge)
